- You need of Cubed beef meat.
- Prepare of Water.
- It's of Fettuccine pasta.
- It's 2 tbsp of Tomato paste.
- Prepare of Oil.
- You need of Sliced green pepper.
- It's of Sliced Onions.
- Prepare of Scotch bonnet and Onion paste.
- Prepare of Ground Seasonings.
- It's of Ground ginger.
- Prepare of Ground garlic.
- Prepare of Ground black pepper.
- You need of White pepper.
- It's of White pepper.
- You need of Sliced Chilli pepper.
- It's of Cubed beef meat.
- It's of Water.
- It's of Fettuccine pasta.
- You need of Oil.
- It's 2 tbsp of Tomato paste.
Fettuccine Balognese instructions
- Using my homemade fettuccine pasta i boil some water and salt in a pot and cook the pasta for 5-6mins.When properly cooked i strained the pasta in a colander and also wash the pasta in running water.
- I make sure the Sliced green pepper, Sliced onions, Sliced red Chilli peppers and Cubed beef meat(i used my Sallah meat๐) were all beside me.
- In a large pan heat up the oil then add the Scotch bonnet and onions paste and tomato paste and stir for 1min.then add some little water then add in the strained pasta strir a little then add the seasonings white pepper, black pepper,ground garlic, ground ginger followed by the beef meat and stir them well and cook for some seconds.

- Add the Sliced green pepper, Sliced red chilli pepper and the Sliced Onions and Cook a couple of seconds.
