- In boiling water,blanch carrots for 3 minutes and blanch cauliflower for 1-2 minute, strain and dry all vegetables..
- In jar,add carrots,cauliflower,green chilies,garlic,and cucumber.
- Mix well.
- Add salt,turmeric powder,mustard seeds crushed,red chilli powder.
- Add water in pan..pour vinegar and sugar..stir it....
- Boil for 10 min.
- After 10 min...switch the flame.
- When vinegar come in room temperature.
- Pour this mixture in vegetables jar.
- Cover with lid and let it sit for 24 hours.
- Mix vegetable pickle is ready to use..
