- Boil liver with salt,onion,Maggi cubes.boil for 10mintues..
- When the meat is done allow it to cool then cut it in tiny pieces..
- Boil the blended tomatoes and pepper till there is no water..
- Put pot on fire,pour in groundnut oil onces is hot add sliced onion..
- Fry for 1minute and pour in the tomato paste..
- Fry for 4minutes and be stirring pour in the liver with the water and boil..
- As is boiling add Maggi,Curry,Salt and keep boiling for about 5minutes..
- Pour in the rice stir very well and cover to boil..
- Check as is boiling if more water is needed.add a little more if necessary..
- Sprinkle curry as is boiling..
- Onces is almost done pour in the cabbage,carrots,green peas..
- Don't cover stir very well and allow the water to dry..
- Food is ready..
