- You need 1/2 of large Onion cut into half circles.
- It's 2 of Beef stock cubes.
- It's 1 of + 1/2 pints water boiling.
- You need of Salt n pepper to taste a little more black pepper though.

- Fry the liver both sides for a minute then add the liver to the slow cooker..
- Add onions on top.
- Sprinkle the beef stock into the hit water and stir..
- Add Salt n pepper to to taste. Close lid and slowcook overnight in your slow cooker..
- When its cooked thicken the gravy with cornflour leave with the lid on and bring it to the boil then turn off until you need it..
- Serve with 2 sausage and mashed potato.
