- It's 4 Cloves of Garlic crushed.
- It's 1 kg of = 2 white fish ie, cod, haddock i have used (panga fillet).
- It's 1 tbls of Butter.
- It's 2 tbls of Lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 tbls of fresh Basil leaves or 1 tsp dried basil.
- You need 1 tbls of fresh chopped fennel.
- You need 5-6 of , Frozen florets of Broccoli.
- You need 2 of Corn on the cob.
- Prepare 1/4 Cup of frozen mixed veg ie, peas, Cauliflour, carrot.
- It's 2 slices of lemon.
- It's 1 Squeeze of the lemon.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of fresh parsley.
- It's 1/4 cup of black cracked pepper.
- You need 12 tsp of Sea salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Malt vinegar.
- You need 2 tbls of double cream.
Place the potatoes in a roasting tray and scatter over the sliced onions, garlic, fennel and lemon. Fish and lemon are a great match and when fennel, capers and cream are added it becomes sublime! - Add the butter to melt in 1 large frying pan. Add the crushed garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the fresh chopped fennel, basil and chopped parsley.

- Then the broccoli, corn cobs, mixed veg, lemon juice and 2 slices lemon. Cover the pan and slow cook on low heat, simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.it will have a little juice from the water off the frozen veg.

- Add the fish back on top and bring to the boil and lower just to heat the fish up..
- Serve with boiled Rice or a little mashed potatoe. And a little fennel leves on top..
