- Add all the fish recipe in an ovenproof dish with a lid, and add 2 cup Boiling water.(not the potatoes) and add to a preheated oven 170C or Gas 6 let it all cook for 45 minutes..

- Part boil the potatoes take them and slice potatoes into scollop shapes thick slices..
- Bring the fish out of the oven add it to another flat dish.straining the fish and veg.
- With the remaining juice off the fish add the oyster sauce and stir in.
- Add 1 tsp corn flour to the juice to thicken.
- Add it back to the fish and then layer with potatoes add salt and pepper.
- And add it back in the oven same heat for 15 -20 minutes.
- Serve Hot. Add some fresh parsley to finish.
