- Arrange all the ingredients. Soak the mustard & poppy seeds atleast an hour before starting the cooking process..
- Make a paste of soaked mustard & poppy,green chillis, yogurt & coconut with some salt..
- Add all the paste & paneer along with the mustard oil in the same bowl your are about to steam the paneer..
- Coat each paneer cubes gently with the marinade..
- Keep aside the marinated paneer for 15 -20mins.In the meantime prepare the boiling water for your steamer or the pan your gonna steam the paneer..
- Cover it with a foilwrap or with a lid.Place it into the pan so that the water doesn't touches it's level.It must cook in the steam. Cover the pan & let the paneer cook for 25 -30mins.After 30 mins turn off the flame & bring it to the room temp..
- Time to open the lid & it'll be done.Serve it with some white rice..
