- Prepare 1/2 kg of beef liver.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of grated garlic n ginger.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1-2 tbsps of soy sauce.
- It's 1 tsp of black pepper.
- It's of Cooking oil.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- Prepare 1 of green pepper.
- You need 1 of tomato.

- Clean your liver n dice it to your size n shape..
- Marinate it for 3 hrs as below..
- In a bowl, add grated garlic, soy sauce, some little cooking oil, black pepper n salt..
- Make a paste of those ingredients n dip in your liver n mix nicely..
- Wrap it n keep it in the fridge for 3 hrs..
- Once done, get a frying sufuria n heat cooking oil. Add in your marinated liver n stir well..
- Reduce the heat n let the liver cook in oil till tender. Keep on stirring..
- Taste salt n whether its ready. If ready before you put it off, add onions, garlic, tomatoes n green pepper. Mix well then simmer for only 3 mins. Put off the heat..
