- You need 2 cup of fresh grated coconut.
- You need 1 cup of grated jaggery or jaggery powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare as needed of Coconut oil for greasing palms.

- Roast grated coconut on slow flame for few minutes,just to remove moisture from coconut..
- Then add jaggery, mix well. And cook for 4-6 minutes on slow flame..
- Once jaggery melt properly and mix well, dont cook more, turn off the heat..
- Remove from gas stove and add cardamom powder and mix well..
- Once it cools down, grease your palm and make small ladoos..
