Bengali misti pulao instructions
- Wash and strain the gobind bhog rice..
- Spread on the plate for half an hour..
- Heat clarified butter in a pan add cashew nuts,almonds and raisins fry and strain it.
- Add cloves,green cardamom and fry from one mins..
- Now add rice,turmeric powder,,sugar and a pinch of salt and mix well..
- Cook in a medium flame for five mins..
- Add water,cashew nuts,almonds and raisins..
- Cover the pulao and cook in a slow flame for 15 - 20 mins..
- Turn off the flame.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
