Meatballs step by step
- Place meat mixture in large bowl and add egg and bread crumbs.
- Finely chop garlic, shallots, green onion, mushrooms and zucchini and add to meat mixture.

- Form meat mixture into 1 1/2" balls and place on pan.
- Preheat oven to 400 deg Fahrenheit.

- Cook for 25-30min.
- Simmer meatballs in pan with tomato sauce and serve with spaghetti.
I prefer meatballs slightly larger than a golf ball. Coat a large saute pan with olive oil and bring to a medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Place them on a cookie sheet and bake. A good meatball should be packed with flavor and tender throughout.
