- It's of Assorted meat.
- You need of Stock fish.
- You need 1 tablespoon of grounded Crayfish.
- It's of Large green bell pepper.
- It's of Onion(chopped).
- You need of Scotch bonnet.
- It's of Palm oil.
- It's of Seasonings.
- It's to taste of Salt.

- These are my ingredients.
- Add Seaosoning the assorted meat with onion,salt,pepper,until it's tender.
- Combine all the peppers and blend.
- Place the pepper, mix in a pot and cook until the liquid dries and the mixture thickness.
- Add palm oil into a pot,cover the lid and place on heat to bleach,on a low heat for 5mnts.
- After 5mnts,put off heat and let the oil cool completely, before u open the pot..
- Bring the pot back on a medium heat,add onions and blend locust beans,fry until translucent.
- Add the pepper, mix and stir fry continuously for 10mnts,until u notice patches of oil at the top.
- Season the sauce with some seasoning cubes,add grounded crayfish,stir then cover to cook gently for 5mnts more.
- Bring the cooked meat(assorted) into the sauce and stir fry,this should take about 10mnts.
- Note.if the sauce appears to thick, add about half cup of the stock, and stir to combine.Ur ofada sauce is ready.U can serve with ofada rice.Enjoy..
