I have been making these dates sesame laddu for sometime now since my kids love any kind of laddu. - Heat oil in a pan and fry flatten rice. Let it cool down completely. Crush with hands to form a coarse powder..
- Now in a big mixing bowl, take roasted wheat flour, powdered sesame, powdered peanuts, powdered sugar mix it well and keep it aside..
- Now heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and fry edible gum on medium flame till it puffed up well. Now crush it little bit in a mortar and pestle. Mix it with sesame mixture..
- Now add in the crushed flatten rice to this mixture, and mix well..
- Now melt 1 cup ghee in a pan and pour it over the mixture of sesame, flatten rice and edible gum, add dry fruits and elaichi powder..
- Mix everything very well and make lemon sized laddus..
