- You need 2 cups of wheat flour(all purpose - EXE).
- Prepare 1/2 (1 cup) of sugar.

- It's 4 tablespoon of baking powder.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cardamom, and salt. Make a well in the center, then use a rubber spatula to mix in the egg and coconut milk until the dough comes together. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth. - Sieve your flour in a bowl.On a separate bowl,mix sugar,cinamon and baking powder thoroughly. Add the mixture to the wheat flour and mix thouroughly.Add lemon rint to the mixture and countinue mixing until it is done.Add blueband to the mixture and mix until there are no lumps of blueband.
- Add milk to beaten eggs on a separate bowl and mix. Then add to the mixture above little by little as you mix.knead it until it is fine..
- Cover it with a foil and leave it for 45 mins.
- After 45 mins,roll it on a flat surface (should not roll it too much to be too light) cut it into desired shapes and deep fry in well heated oil.Turn the mandazis after changing colour to brownish and remove from the oil after both sides have cooked.
- Serve with tea or you preference for breakfast.
