Goulash step by step
- Wash & chop the vegetables. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, saute for a while till they get translucent, then add paprika powder & stir & marinate the meat with soya sauce & lemon juice..
- To it, then add the meat, salt, black pepper powder & stir. Then add chopped garlic, red chillies & required amount of water so that the meat is fully covered & cover & cook in medium flame..
- When the meat is half boiled, add more 5 cup water, potato, capsicum, tomato, carrot, beans & again cover & cook..
- When the vegetables are half boiled, add tomato sauce, stir. At this stage, note that there should be enough water in it as it should have a thin soup like consistency..
- When the vegetables & meat are boiled fully, add some freshly crushed black pepper & chopped parsley in it & remove it from heat source. And your delicious Goulash is ready to serve..
