- Prepare 3 clove of garlic, minced (or 2 tsp dehydrated ground garlic).

- You need 1 1/2 cup of uncooked rice.
- Prepare 3 cup of chicken stock.

- You need 1 cup of frozen corn.
- It's 1 cup of black beans, cooked and drained (I use canned).
- It's 1 tbsp of fresh lime juice.
- You need 1 of heaping tsp cilantro flakes.
- It's 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.

- Throw the stock, oil, garlic, chili powder, crushed chili flakes, cumin and rice into a rice cooker. A pot on the stove works too, obviously..
- Once the rice is done (or almost done if you're doing stove-top), throw in the chopped tomatoes, corn, black beans, cilantro and lime juice, and mix well..
- Let everything get nice and warm together, then serve. I often serve it with a nice steak..
