Easy Enchiladas instructions
- brown ground meat, 1/2 of chopped onion, 1/2 of cilantro, 1/2 lime juice, salt and pepper.
- place meat in tortilla shell and sprinkle a little cheese, then wrap and spray light coat of non stick cooking spray, place in a 13in. X 9in. baking pan.
- repeat step two until all tortilla shells are done.
- pour half can of tomato sauce, sprinkle cilantro, and onion.
- bake in oven for 20 minutes.
- remove from oven and cover with desired amount of cheese.
- bake for additional 5 minutes or until cheese its melted.
- remove from oven let stand for 2 minutes and serve.
