- Marinate the fish fillets second time with the smooth paste until coated properly and refrigerate for overnight or at least 2 hours..
- Take out the marinated fillets from the refrigerator.Beat one egg and egg white in a bowl with some salt.Take all-purpose flour and bread crumbs in two separate plates & spread them on the plate nicely..
- Coat the fish sticks one by one with flour first,then dip them into the egg mixture..
- Now coat them one by one properly with the bread crumbs..
- Heat the oil in a frying pan,fry the fish sticks in 2-3 batches until golden brown.Keep turning the fish sticks and fry each side evenly until cooked properly.Transfer the fried Fish Fingers on a paper towel lined plate to absorb the excess oil..
