- Rub flour n margarine until the flour texture feels like sand.
- Add sugar n cardamon in the flour and mix.

- Make a whole on the flour n pour the mixture slowly by slowly as you knead.Knead until it becomes soft n not sticky..
- Apply little oil on the dough n the basin you want to put the dough.Cover it n let it rest for 1-2 hrs..
- Put oil in a frying pan but don't let it be hot..
- Roll your dough to 2cm think n cut to your desired shape..
- On a medium heat,deep fry your maandazi as you keep on turning them..
