  5. Add the tomatoe paste, curry powder, red chilli powder stir, then add 1/4 water(preferably warm) stir then cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer till it's dry.
  6. By the time the sauce is sticking on the sufuria the meat will be tender, now add the potatoes and carrots, add 3/4 cup of water,cover the pot again and let it simmer.
  7. It Should simmer for around 20minutes until the potatoes and carrots are a little bit tender. Now stir in the green peas and stir for 2seconds until thoroughly mixed.
  8. Now add the coriander in the pot, stir for a second and put off the fire and the stew is ready..
  9. Serve with some hot boiled Rice,Chapati or Naan😊.
