- Use only a cup of boiling water to set the jellos. Do not follow the package instructions here. It is because we need firm jellos for this dessert..
- Pour them in individual bowls and set. After it cools down and comes to the room temperature, refrigerate it until more firm..
- Meanwhile in about quarter cup of water, add the agar agar strands. Bring it to a boil and then simmer until it dissolves completely..
- In another pan, combine the milk, cream and the condensed milk. Heat that on a low flame for 5 minutes and add agar agar to it. Mix well and allow it to cool down..
- Alternatively, remove the jellos that has been set and cut them into small cubes..
- Add the milk mix to these cubes and mix until well combined. See to it that the milk has cooled down completely..
- Now it's time to keep that in the refrigerator to set overnight or for atleast 6-8 hours depending on the temperature at your place..
