- For d meat pie fillings u add oil into ur pan saute onions, garlic,ginger,pepper add in ur minced meat and give it a quick cook allow to simmer for some minutes adding ur carrots potatoes seasoning and water to cook down d carrot and potatoes.allow to cook until soft add in ur cornflour(mixed wit water)allow to simmer until d water is absorbed.
- For d dough seive ur flour in a bowl add in baking powder and butter.mix it until a fine texture is gotten.slightly beat ur eggs and add it to d mixture,mix and start adding water gradually to give a smooth dough.work on d dough for like 2 minutes.keep aside..
- Cut d worked dough on a working surface and start to roll not too thick not too thin cut into round shape using a cover or meat pie cutter.
- Add in ur fillings and cover.use a fork to give air to d dough..
- Heat oil for frying fry until golden brown..
