- You need 1 of medium onion chopped.
- Prepare 1 cup of Beef Stock mixed in boiling water.
- It's 1/2 cup of veg stock mixed in boiling water.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.
- It's 1 tbls of lemon juice.
- Prepare 2 of Garlic cloves crushed.
- It's 2 tsp of Cornstarch mixed in a little cold water.

- Heat up the slow cooker.
- Add everything except the Broccoli and cornflour. And stir in to mix.
- Cook for 4 hours.
- Add the Broccoli then cook for a further 30 minutes.
- Add the cornflour and stir when it thickens serve hot.
