- It's 4 bowl of rice.
- Prepare 2 of boil urad dal.
- Prepare 1/4 tbsp of soda.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.

Yummy Idli with Sambar step by step
- For batter:- take a big bowl and soak rice and urad dal for 8hours.
- Take a mixture jar and grind it do not make it so smooth..
- Take idli plates grease it properly with oil..
- Put idli batter in it..
- Take idli pan,put some water in it and preheat for 2-3mins..
- Then keep all the idli plates one by one and let it steamed for 10-15mins. then serve it with green chutney or sambhar..
Serve with dosa, idli or pongal. Sambar powder ingrediants. roast them. till golden. Looked a bit dark for sambar though. because of the lack of turmeric powder I guess…nonetheless super yummy.
