- Heat ghee in a Kadhai add cumin seeds, when seeds become brown Add chopped onions,ginger garlic paste.Stir and saute on a low to medium flame till the onions become translucent.Add chopped tomatoes,turmeric powder black pepper and salt Mix well..

- DAAL—-Heat ghee in a pan. Add hing, mustard seeds and cumin seeds.when they sputter add salt turmeric powder and red chilli powder add tuar daal mix it well. Add water as per requirement cook it for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice.put ghee and serve with Rice and chapatis..
