Ingredients of Soft and smooth eba
- It's 4 cups of clean water.
- You need 2 cups of garri(good one).
It is made with fried cassava called garri and hot boiling water to form a smooth stiff dough. It is best eaten with Nigerian soups such as Okra, Afang soup, Efo riro, Egusi soup and many more. Using wooden spoon, turn the garri that is now becoming eba around in the bowl till you have a nice smooth soft eba. If the eba is too hard for your liking, add a bit more hot water and stir.

- Put water in a clean pot and place on heat source..
- Allow to boil, then put off or reduce flame from heat source..
- Start pouring in the garri and stir with turning stick/spatula. Turn until smooth and place back on fire, cover and allow to simmer for 5minutes. Hmmmmmmm, the texture will be lovely, smooth, soft(not too soft oo) and lump free..
- Our eba is ready and can be taken with soup of choice. I prefer mine with efo riro, egusi(just like in this) and sometimes okro..
