It's 1 cup of oil.
It's 2 medium of size onion sliced.
Prepare 1/2 kg of chicken skinless small pices.
Prepare 2 tsp of ginger,garlic paste.
Prepare 1/2 kg of Ridge Gourd (tori).
You need 1 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder or to taste.
Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
You need of salt.
It's 1/2 cup of plain yoghurt/1 medium size peeled chopped tomato.
It's 1 of chillies for garnishing.
It's 1 tsp of garam masala powder.

Take oil in a pan at low heat put onion let it light golden then add chicken fry for 5 minutes then add ginger,garlic paste and all spices along with yoghurt mix well simmer for 5 minutes then add 1 cup of water..
