- Boil your stockfish,dry fish,beef adding salt, seasoning cubes, little water and sliced onions.
- Neatly wash and slice the waterleaf and ugwu leaves.
- Into the well cooked beef and stockfish, add your palm oil, blended pepper and crayfish, finely chopped garlic and kponmo then stir and allow the stock to cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add your sliced waterl eaf and ugwu leaf then stir, taste for salt and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Use a clean boiled water to make your desired quantity of eba.
