- Cut Ridge gourd in round shape..soak chana dal half an hour and keep aside till use.. Take a pan..heat oil add onion and green chillies saute for few seconds then add all the remaining ingredients and cover it and cook for 20 mins or cook until chana dal become soft...
- Then open the lid and cook for few secs to remove excess water then switch off the flame...The sabji is ready to serve...
