Spicy Ofe Achi with Assorted Goat Meat step by step
- Wash and combine the meat and stockfish I one pot and season with garlic, salt, pepper, oinions, and place on fire..
- Cook Meats till tender, then add enough water to cook soup thru, allow to boil..
- Add ogiri, Uyaka and Africa nut meg Spice, crayfish, smoked fish, pepper and remaining oinions stir and cook for 5 mins.
