- Peel and pound very well.add a teaspoon of palmoil when pounding it..
- Add more water to already boiled meat.water enough for the soup when is boiling very well..
- Mould the cocoyam in balls.and add the boiling meat..
- Add palmoil and cover to boil for at least 20minutes..
- Sprinkle achi inside the soup and boil for 5minutes..
- Add crayfish,pepper,ogiri and salt and boil for 7mins..
- Pour in the oha leaves.by now you can smell the soup..
- Boil for 1minute and is ready to be enjoyed..
- Boil a cup of water and pour garri inside it..
