- Add water in soup pot ,add salt,all sliced fresh herbs ,let it boil on medium heat about5 mins.

- Time to seasoning,add tamarind paste,fish sauce,dried roasted chilli,i want the soup smooth ,so i use seive to protect chilli flake drops in the pot ,what i want is spicy ,sour taste not their texture ,afterseasoning let it cook half an hour more.
- Now soup will reduce like one in third,taste,add green leaves like coriander before serving hot in clay pot.
- To serve portion fit in clay pot size,warm and top with green leaves.
