- You need of Vegetables oil.

Jollof Rice/peppered Goat meat /Cole slaw instructions
- Perboil the rice for 10mins wash and set aside.
- Put the pot back on fire and heat vegetable oil for a little while, add onions and tomatoes and allow to fry for a while.
- Add the goat meat stock and water add seasoning and spices allow to boil.
- Add rice and stir then cover and let others cook till tender.
- Add ur carrot green beans and let the stem soften it the add the green pepper.
- Fry the goat meat set aside the fry ur blended peppers onions to the the frying pan on a low heat.
- When dried add ur goat meat and stir. Food is ready.
