- For veg tikki shred boil potatoes,some carrot,beans. Mix all with some salt and black pepper and bake it on a pan on medium flame and keep aside..

- In a pan out little oil, put all steamed veggies mix salt and pepper acc to your taste,stir fry them and keep aside..

- Put the sizzler hot plate on the low flame and cover with the cabbage leaves..
- Once the plate is hot enough put rice on one side, veggies and wedges. Lastly, put the tikki and spread BBQ sauce..
- Keep the plate back on the wooden plate carefully and put the butter on the sides of hot plate which gives you sizzling effect..
