- It's 2 lbs of flounder fillet.
- You need 3 of eggs.
- You need 8 oz of Italian Seasoned breadcrumbs.
- You need 8 oz of Panko breadcrumbs.
- You need of Salt and pepper to season.
- You need of Enough oil to fry.
Flounder Fillet instructions
- Fillet fish as best as you can, you can get 2 fillets per side.
- Make sure you skin the fish afterwards.
- Wash thoroughly, let drain and season with salt & pepper.
- Mix Italian breadcrumbs with panko.
- Place fillets on large platter, beat eggs and pour on top of fillets and coat thoroughly. One by one coat with breadcrumb mix and fry on med high for 5 min on each side. Enjoy with steamed mixed vegetables.
