Vegetable Daliya instructions
- In a pressure cooker add ghee when hot add cumin seeds and finely chopped garlic when garlic become golden in colour add finely chopped onion.
- Saute it for 2 minutes add salt turmeric powder mix well add chopped tomatoes stir add all the vegetables on low flame let them cook for few minutes add red chilli powder stir well add daliya and for 5 minutes cook all together on low flame when seems masalas and veggies daliya have cooked add 2 1/2 glasses of water stir nicely and close the lid of cooker.
- Let it cook till 1 whistle than lower the flame let the daliya cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Switch off the flame let the pressure release by it's own.
- Open the lid serve it adding 1 tlbs ghee on it garnish with fresh coriander leaves and onion greens.
