- Dry roast broken wheat in a nonstick pan.cool and grind it in mixer..
- Mix curd,sale,baking soda and Dalia,keep aside..
- In a pan heat oil,splutter Mustard seeds and curry leaves.now saute capsicum and carrot in it.add turmeric powder,red chilli and mix well..
- Now in Dalia batter mix this tempering and make smooth batter by adding little water..
- Heat 2 glass water in a pressure cooker.pour batter in greased idli stand and steam it in pressure cooker for 15 minutes.off the gas and let it stand for 5 minutes..
- Now remove idli from stand and serve with tomato sauce..
