- Prepare 1 cup of foxtail millet.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of urad dal.
- You need 1/2 cup of preboiled or idli rice.

- Soak foxmillet, rice and urad dal separately for 10 to 12 hrs. You can minimize soaking time.add methi seeds also..
- After 10 to 12 hrs,discard the water,rinse them with fresh water. Separately grind each grain,soak poha for 5 minutes and grind it with rice.Mix all the mixture, add salt and leave it to ferment fir 8 to 10 hrs.
- Mix all the ingredients of stuffing and prepare stuffing.
- Mix batter properly,if needed add water to get dosa batter consistency. On nonstick or iron dosa tawa, spread dosa batter,sprinkle some oil,put stuffing,and let it turn out to be crispy and golden in color..
