- Dry roast the dalia for 2 minutes & then keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker & add the curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds & dry red chillies into the oil. Saute for few seconds & then quickly add all the vegetables.
- Saute for few minutes & then add the grated ginger.
- Saute for a while & then add the peanuts and resins.
- Saute for a couple of minutes & then add the roasted broken wheat along with the salt, turmeric powder and black pepper powder.
- Saute everything for another couple of minutes & then cover the pressure cooker with it's lid. Then let it produce 6-7 whistles.
