- Now turn on the flame and take a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds,bay leaves, veggies fry them for sometimes...Now add green chillis,moong dal,Daliya, turmeric powder,,and salt..Stir them well now add water and give 5 whistles NOTE I am from Bangalore and Bangalore water is slightly hard so I usually give 5 whistles) so it is upto you reg whistles.
