- Prepare 2 cup of dalia(broken wheat).
- It's 2 of carrot.

Healthy Dalia pulao instructions
- Ingredients for dalia pulao... 2 cup dalia.. chopped veggies(capsicum,onion,carrot,cabbage,green chillies,beans, coriander leaves)..dry kasuri leaves, peanut,ginger,salt,hing,jeera.
- First of all...heat 2 TSP oil in a pan...add dalia and roast it for 10 minutes..till it gets a nice aroma...keep it aside...again add 2 TSP olive oil...and add jeera,then peanut.. ginger...and carrot..saute it well for 4 minutes.
- Now add chopped veggies...stir it well..for 5 minutes...don't over fry it...add salt...little bit black pepper powder..saute it again for 1-2 minutes...then add dalia.
- Fry it for 5 minutes...then add kasuri leaves.. green chillies and hing powder...stir it again for 2 minutes...then add 4 cup water...(note..if you use 2 cup dalia..then use water in the double quantity..here I have taken 2 cup dalia..4 cup water).
- Once boil come in the water...cover the lid and set the flame in low for 20 minutes...keep checking in between.....after 20 minutes...add coriander leaves...and it's ready to serve.
