Dak-Galbi is one of my favorite Korean foods. I used to go to Dak-Galbi restaurant with friends and family very often when I was living in Korea. Dak galbi is made from boneless chicken with added vegetables like cabbage, sweet potato, carrots and any variety that you have on hand! The cabbage is a must though and I almost always add Korean sweet potatoes.

- In a large size skillet over medium heat, add the oil and heat it up..
