- Add lemon juice into hot milk. It become like paneer keep aside for 5 minutes..
- Strain all dry ingredients two time except food colour..
- Now add oil, curd, and paneer with water. And mix well..
- Mix one tspn maida into half cherry and half keep aside for garnishing..
- Mix food colour into one tspn milk in a separate bowl..
- Now add food colour with milk, maida mix cherry, fruit essence add these into cake mixture and mix well..
- Now spread one cup salt into the bottom of cooker and put a stand on salt then pre heat it for 5 minutes..
- Now grease cake tin and sprinkle some maida and pour cake batter. Spread cherry on the top..
- Set this cake tin on the stand in cooker. And remove the whistle and rubber of the cooker lid..
- Bake for 10 minutes on medium flame. Then bake for 25-30 on very low flame..
- After 40 minutes check with knife or toothpick.....
- Let it some cool then flip into plate.....
