- Wash beef and ponmo well,season without salt and marinate for 1hr,add little salt,cook with little water,when tender and water is almost dry,add more water as desired,bring to boil,add palm oil,melt okpei with water,add with others except ewedu,boil for 7mins,taste to adjust with salt,add ewedu,stir(dont cover)cook for 1min,turn off heat,enjoy with fav morsel.
