- In a pot add your washed meat, seasoning, onions, salt and allow to cook.
- Add grinded scotch bonnet, pepper locust beans and grated okro and allow to cook for 10mnts.
- Then add the ewedu leaves and little kanwa and allow to cook for 5mnts.
- Served with tuwo.
Allow to simmer for just five minutes and you are done with making ewedu soup.
