- After your egusi balls are fried you removed them from oil gently to avoid them from breaking.
- Add some oil if their is need for that,fry your grained pepper mix,after frying them you add your stock,meat,crayfish and fish,let them simmer for some minutes.
- You now add inn your fried egusi ball into the soup and allow it to cook for some few min with out turning it,finally add ur chopped ugu and cover to simmer for 3 to 5min and ur egusi soup is ready to be served with tuwo or any swallow of your choice.
