- Blend your your egusi with little crayfish, pour in a plate and add some water then cover..
- In a mota pound your fresh pepper and crayfish and set aside.
- Place a pot of oil on fire, hit a little then add your chopped onion then followed by your egusi paste. And fry till it's slightly dry..
- Now pour your already steamed meat, fresh fish and stock fish then followed by your pounded pepper and crayfish and then cover the pot to simmer for about 10 to 15mins so the egusi will be well cooked and won't have that raw taste in it..
- Now add your pumpkin leaf/ugu, stir together and bring down the pot.
- Your delicious egusi soup is ready. Serve with any swallow of your choice.
