- Prepare of Quaker white Oats.
- Prepare of carrot.
- It's of onion.
- It's of dry roasted kasuri methi.
- It's of ginger garlic paste.
- You need of Salt.

Sliced Carrots oatmeal step by step
- Firstly I dry roasted oats & kasuri methi for two minutes & removed it set aside further take a Kadai add oil while it’s hot add chopped onion sauté till golden then add sliced carrot sauté both for 3 minutes then add the roasted oats & kasuri methi stir it on low flame then add in all spices.
- Further add water keep stirring to avoid lumps cover it & cook for 4 minutes while it seems Like it’s all cooked & water is soaked in oats off the flame burner.
- Pop it in a serving plate drizzle some ghee over it & lime juice with few coriander & mint leaves. Enjoy it hot....!.
