Northern Nigerian Moringa Salad step by step
- Pluck leaves from stalk. Don't worry if a little stalk remain behind.
- Boil for about 20 minutes or until tender. But don't let it over cook (get too soft) so as to still retain its medicinal value. And drain in a colander.
- Mix all ingredients together after dicing onion and tomatoes.
