Tomato and tuna linguine instructions
- Cook your pasta in salted boiling water until it al dente (still have bite to it) do not over cook it!.
- In frying pan drizzle some olive oil, in goes chopped garlic and chilli, cook off the garlic and chilli but no coloration on both! (burn garlic doesn’t taste good!) put your crushed canned tomato, cook it for a few minute, and take your cooked pasta into the sauce with some pasta water(don’t put to much pasta water!).
